AUFBRUCH

Anyone who saddles an animal must know and learn how much weight they can place on it. If the load is too heavy, too much, or packed incorrectly, both the animal and the rider suffer.
People are often heavily burdened—physically, mentally, or emotionally. Letting go of that burden and saddling up only what brings the greatest joy as you move forward is a liberating choice.
It is a learning process to travel from here to there with only a light load and to be ready to step into the future with feelings of joy and freedom.
«AUFBRUCH» means: equipped with everything necessary and ready to move forward: saddled up.
